Facade Renovation and Structural Restoration of a 3-Story Building

The 3-story building housing the administration and production operations of “Lydia’s Pastries” had significant corrosion on its plaster surfaces and reinforced concrete beams and columns on the facades.

Additionally, the paint on the external surfaces was flaking, and there was visible moisture absorption around the base of the building.

To address these issues, corroded concrete beams and columns were restored using high-quality repair cement mortars, and specific chemical treatments were applied to prevent future corrosion of the steel rebars.

Plaster surfaces were renovated, and cracks around the facades were sealed. The base of the building was insulated against moisture, and the external surfaces were repainted with high-quality silicone-acrylic paint.
