Kineta is a beautiful suburb of Athens which lies on the coast of the Saronic Gulf, nestled among olive groves underneath Gerania Mountains. It consists of summer houses mainly, providing its inhabitants with numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, biking, water sports, hiking along the coastline etc. It can easily be reached through the highway in a 50 minutes’ drive from Athens international Airport or in 1 ½ hour by railway from the Airport.
The historical and commercial Centre of the City of Athens is only 56 km away from Kineta and can be reached in 50 minutes by car or in 1 1/2 hour by public means of transportation allowing one to visit the Acropolis and the archaeological sites around it, go shopping, enjoy the Athenian cafes and restaurants and be back to enjoy a drink on the Kineta’s beachfront by sunset.
Located in the historic municipality of Megara and lied in the northern section of the Isthmus of Corinth the design of the house is inspired from the famous ancient greek Peristyle houses. This specific type was a result of centuries of domestic evolution fo the citizens of Greece. Peristyle houses has its rooms arranged around a central courtyard with at least one arcaded side.

One with nature
Nestled in the serene coastal region of Kinetta, this villa boasts an exquisite landscape design that harmonizes with the natural beauty of its surroundings. The garden is thoughtfully curated to feature a variety of trees and plants that thrive in the Mediterranean climate, including olive trees, cypress, lavender, and stipa, ensuring a lush and vibrant environment year-round. Central to the outdoor living space is a 60 square meter pool house, seamlessly blending an open kitchen and living room. This pool house not only serves as a focal point for entertainment and relaxation but also integrates modern comfort with the timeless elegance of Mediterranean architecture, offering an idyllic retreat for residents and guests alike.

The swimming pool spans 35 square meters and features an exceptionally large step area designed to accommodate four sunbeds. This unique design places the sunbeds just a few centimeters from the water, offering a truly immersive and relaxing experience.
The pool overlooks the beautiful Argosaronic Gulf, allowing the villa owners and their friends to enjoy the epitome of Greek summer: sea and sun.
