Nick Theodorou, born on August 1, 1980, is the founder of Theta-Ktirion and an accomplished structural civil engineer. He holds a degree from the National Technical University of Athens (2005) and a Professional MBA with Honors from Alba Graduate Business School (2010). Continuing his family’s legacy in public works development, Nick became actively involved in the field early in his career and is now a proud member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Panhellenic Association of Engineers Contractors of Public Works. Driven by a passion for architecture and innovative building materials, he focuses on seamlessly integrating aesthetics with functionality, ensuring each project embodies both beauty and practicality.
